MPW-64 Pegelwandler RS232/M-Bus
Product description
With the optec MPW-64 M-Bus level converter, up to 64 M-Bus end devices (each with a standard load of 1.5mA) can be connected to an M-Bus master via an RS-232 connection.
The M-Bus master can be a PC or an embedded controller, for example. The level converter converts the signals coming from the M-Bus master from the RS-232 interface to the M-Bus signal level. The M-Bus master is connected to the level converter either via an RJ-12 socket or terminals 5 to 7 (TD, RD and GND).
