With our returns service we offer you:
- The option to return unused items that are no longer required.
- The return of incorrectly ordered or incorrectly delivered products.
- After receiving and checking the goods, we will issue a credit note. Please note that the amount of the credit note may be adjusted depending on the condition of the goods.
Notes on successful returns
Please note the following points so that we can process your return quickly and smoothly:
- The packaging must be unopened and undamaged.
- If the packaging is defective or missing, you will receive a maximum of 80% of the value of the goods on Optec devices.
- Returns within 6 months of ordering.
- Products whose parameterization can only be reset by the manufacturer will be charged at CHF 280 per device.
- Devices that have been specially manufactured to order, are used or defective are excluded from return.
