The Bender charging controller, which is used by various charging station manufacturers, has an integrated load management system that supports load management for up to 250 charging points. Bender's load management supports various functions and offers many useful advantages that set it apart from other load management solutions.

Phase accuracy

The DLM recognizes the phase conductor (phase) on which a vehicle is currently charging. The DLM uses this information to make the charging current available to other vehicles on the remaining phases.

Interoperable solution for effective Dynamic Load Management

The DLM is interoperable with the charging points (AC and DC stations) of all manufacturers that use Bender technology. Various meters are also supported for the DLM.

Local load management

Bender relies on a local solution for DLM development. The DLM software is located on the Bender controller. This means that the DLM backend is independent and can be used to its full extent even without a backend connection. Additional functions such as hierarchical load management can also be easily added in the future via software updates.
