Communication
The COM465IP gateways and condition monitors are integrated into the existing IT structure like PCs. Once connected to the network and compatible Bender products, all devices in the system can be accessed from any PC using a standard web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer). This means that all important system information is available directly and at any time.
- Condition monitor for Bender systems
- Integrated modular gateway between Bender system and TCP/IP enables remote access via LAN, WAN or Internet
- Scope of functions can be customized using function modules
- Ethernet (10/100 Mbit/s) for remote access via LAN, WAN or Internet
- Support for devices connected to the internal or external BMS bus, via BCOM, via Modbus RTU or Modbus TCP
Functional scope of basic device (without function modules):
- Condition monitor with web interface for use with Bender BMS and BCOM as well as universal measuring devices.
- Support for devices that
- on the internal (max. 139 devices) or external* BMS bus (max. 98 * 139 devices),
- via BCOM interface (see BCOM manual)
- via Modbus RTU or via Modbus TCP (max. 247 devices). - Remote display of current measured values, operating/alarm messages and parameters*.
- Gateway to Modbus TCP: Readout of current measured values, operating/alarm messages from addresses 1...10 of your own subsystem via Modbus TCP.
- Ethernet interface with 10/100 Mbit/s for remote access via LAN, WAN or Internet
- Setting for internal parameters and for configuring Bender universal measuring devices and energy meters **
- Time synchronization for all assigned devices
- History memory (1,000 entries)
- Data logger, freely parameterizable (30 * 10,000 entries)
- 50 data points from third-party devices (via Modbus RTU or Modbus TCP) can be integrated into the system.
- A virtual device with 16 channels can be created.
*) The display of parameters from BMS bus devices is only possible if the gateway is connected to the internal BMS bus.
**) Own parameters can be set via web application and externally (via
BMS/ICOM/BCOM). However, not via Modbus. The
Parameters of assigned devices can only be read; function module C is required to change
Function module C is required to change settings!
No reports can be generated - not even for your own device.
- Remote display of current measured values, operating/alarm messages and parameters.
- Gateway to Modbus TCP: Readout of current measured values, Operating/alarm messages from addresses 1...10 of your own subsystem via Modbus TCP.
- Setting for internal parameters and for configuring Bender universal measuring devices and energy meters.
In combination with the new CP9xx-I industrial touch control panel, you have an even greater overview of all the parameters and settings of your installation.
